How many of you out there get your information from multiple sources?
For every political subject I am interested in, I get info. from NBC, FOX, NY Times and Wall Street Journal, etc. I look at both "liberal" and "conservative" sources and figure the truth is in the middle - Am I the only one? Because there is so much hate, name calling, and just flat our ignornance out there I have to wonder how many people are shouting opinions that are at worst, ignorant and at best, just very naive.

I wish I had more time to answer this one. I do the same thing. I read as much as I can about an issue I am interested in and take it all with a grain of salt. I even go to newspapers from other countries just to see their viewpoint, although some of these are government run. When one side of the political spectrum doesn't agree with a story, they totally discredit it. People go along with this too. It is pretty discouraging. Beware of anyone with an agenda. Lately that includes a lot of people in the "candy" media.

I get my news from multiple sources, both liberal and conservative. Sometimes the truth is in the middle, but not always, IMO.

I agree with you, most of the people I talk with out here just watch the news and form their opinions. It's good to watch as much as you can, as the news channels all have their slant. Good job, forming your own opinion is great.
