I look at myself in the mirror sometimes and I say " I LOVE YOU " But I don't hold myself hostage in that mirror. It is part of my spiritual development class and it is done to remind us about self-worth, self-love. We do need to love ourself first in order to be able to love others. That's as simple as that dear heart.
