How can one person be heiress to England? Even the Royals don't own the whole caboodle. It's like saying George Bush owns the Moon. Besides which, the way things have been going lately most of the UK is probably owned by rich foreign business men anyway.
Tell her nice try, but she's not on coins and stamps just yet

Take her to a library and show her a copy of Burke's Peerage or Debrett's Peerage. It has a detailed family tree for the royal family - ask her to point herself out on it. There is no such title as 'heiress of England', but if she means that she is in line to the British throne, it is easy to prove that any claim she has it at the bottom of a very long list. Or does she claim to be a Stuart and the heir to the old Jacobite line?

Oh I dunno, you have the descendants of the wine drowned Duke of Clarence, the heirs of King James II who by astonishing coincidence are also the exiled royalty of Italy and also Brooke Shields. You have the other nephews of Richard III, King Stephen of Blois probably has some legitimate heirs kicking around somewhere, and Harold Godwinson had to have a cousin or something. Old Otto Habsburg is technically still emperor of everything else, so why not England?
By one estimate 80% of the English speaking world is descended from Edward III, by sole right King of England and France and Lord of Ireland, so anybody's claim is as good as anyone else's more or less.
You know what? I think I'm going to invade England and set myself up as John II right now! All you have to do is get an army and shoot the preceding King in the eye from what I understand...

Prince Charles is next in line to become King after his mother, Queen Elizabeth either steps down or passes away.
After Prince Charles it will be Prince William, his children, then Prince Harry and his children.

I am also an heir to the throne. I am slowly working my through the list of the other 30 million or so that are ahead of me in the list, but I'll get there... just you see... you read it here first.

Just congratulate her and do something with is important. Being related to the British Royal Family is not important.
