Such talent at such a young age! Is this set to music? It should be. You should keep expressing yourself lyrically, poetically, and musically. If you don't play guitar you should consider it but I gather from this that you do and that there is a chord progression to these lyrics. Heres some websites to maybe encourage your skills:
