Depends on how bad the stress is. If it is so bad you can't stand it than try to talk to someone you trust. Not sure how old you are. But if you are a teen then try to talk to your parents or a school councilor. If older than i suggest talking to a councilor, therapist. If the stress is not to serious there are several things you can do. Yoga relieves stress alot. Meditation, reading, listening to calm music. If you have a talent try to get into that. Join a group, go to church if religious, talk to a preacher, priest. Volunteer. Get involved with your friends. Animals such as pets are great stress relievers, but don't get a pet on a whim! Take care and good luck!

Sometimes I try to constantly do stuff just so I don't think about what ever is stressing me. You should try to do thinks that make you concentrate like a sport, that way you'll be thinking about the sport and nothing else. Overall, if your stress is over a person or event, it's best to just talk to a friend and get it off your chest. I feel so much better talking to someone because they sometimes have a different perspective on things. Things always get better with time.

Well what is the stress? Is it something big that needs to be dealt with. Try to take care of the problem. Maybe it is getting someone out of your life. Like pulling weeds from the garden. Pull the bad people out of your life. If it is common everyday stress, I like Baths, showers, music, watching movies, dancing, walking, talking, petting the dog or cat, etc. Dancing is my drug of choice, even if it's alone in the dark to a favorite feel good song.

For me, it depends on what kind of stress. I treat different stresses differently.

For "normal wear and tear" stress, I like little nibbles of chocolate. The good stuff, not crappy sugar free or knock off brands.

For relationship issues, I like to be alone and listen to soothing music, or drink a fruit smoothie in a hot bubble bath.

For anger issues, I like to work out as soon as I can. That really helps!

I also drink plenty of water, not alcohol, or sometimes I drink hot English Breakfast tea. Mmm!

If I'm worried about something, I may have a toasted bagel with peanut butter and Land O Lakes hot chocolate.

For me personally, though, no matter the stress, I always tend to say a little prayer to, and give whatever it is that bothers me or is frustrating me to God and let Him handle it. That may or may not work for you.

Whatever your stress, have fun finding out how to deal with it- I sure do! After all, if you can't have fun, how are you getting rid of stress? ;)

Depends upon what the stress is about. It's always helpful to find someone you can talk with, someone that you trust. If you are too busy, it can mean slowing down or carving out time for yourself to just relax. Sometimes exercise helps, like swimming or walking or yoga. Some people use meditation to de-stress or self-hypnosis, training your body to relax. Hope this helps. And don't forget to find someone you trust that you can talk to.

What works for me is physical exercise. If you don't already play sports, think about taking one up. If you don't want to do that, try squeezing a stress ball. That's like a little rubber ball filled with sand. It's works, believe me.

Listen to music. Go for a walk. Find something productive to do to keep your mind off of whatever is stressing you. Whatever you do, don't try and block it out. It'll only come back to you later and be 10x worse. Channel whatever negative energy you're feeling into something positive!

go punch your pillow or if you have one, a sibling, whichever works better. I have a lot of stress too but i usually just hold it inside of me and let it out when im angry at someone. I say the best way is to get a punching bag and draw the face of someone you really hate on it
