Can some one tell me how the TCP IP pocket moves from computer a to compuer b?

If you want to see a probable route from your computer to another, use traceroute. in unix/linux, you can just type traceroute 127.0.0.1, or watever the ip/domain name is. if you're in windows, you have to use a web based tool; just google traceroute.
