ha-satan is the (or one of the) actual names of Satan before he fell from heaven. Lucifer is the commonly mistaken name of Satan before he fell. This mistake spawned from a misreading in the book of Isaiah.

I think this question should have been posted in "Religion."

This isn't a "Philosophy" question ... although it could possibly be a "Mythology" question. Depends on your perspective.
