Why or how does stress play such a big part of it? It shouldn't matter, if the egg is there and you have sperm there, shouldn't you just get pregnant?

I actually just started trying so really I don't have anything to complain about but I just keep reading and hearing that if you try too hard it won't happen and I am just nervous I may have a hard time.

To get pregnant you must have sex on a day that her eggs are being released.

After the 3rd day from the day that menses started put a thermometer into her mouth and check her body temperature every morning before she starts turning in bed. The best time is at about 4 a.m. Maintain a chart. You will find that on one day the body temperature drops from 1/2 degree to one degree. This is the day that your eggs are being released. If you want to get pregnant this is the day that you must have sex. You must ejaculate on your inward thrust so that the sperms will shoot deep inside.

After having sex she must stay in bed for about 30 mins with her knees bent up with a pillow under her buttocks so that the sperms will not pour out - to enable them to travel up.

You must save your sperms in the testacles for at least 3 days before sex to enable them to mature well to do their job.

Extreme stress can throw off your menstral cycles. That is why a lot of doctors will tell you to try to not think about getting pregnant and it will usually happen. Also having sex too often can lower the man's sperm count. It is recommended to have sex every other day starting about 10 days after the first day of your last period instead of everyday.

That stress shits is bullshit. I got pregnant at a very stressful time in my life, and my cycles were never affected. I had a normal pregnancy, and a big baby just shy of nine pounds. I had tried before when I was not stressing and it never happened. When it's your time, you will get pregnant. Everbody has stress. There's no getting around it.

they say alot of stress will throw it off..a couple of other things are try taking prenatals over the counter or go to the gyn and see what they think...mine just put me on them and she said the folic acid will help...try cutting caffine out of your diet if u drink it ..and the male should take creatine...it helps with sperm..there is something in it...it is a powder like substance that you mix into drinks...but have fun and relax and enjoy it...good luck ;)

My wife and I tried the "scientific" way. This day this time etc. We gave up and just had fun and boom there you go.

It must be stress.
