Didn't you receive a CD with your item? You can do it alternatively via bluetooth if you're thinking of sending pictures and such

Yeah, with all USB there are certain drivers that comes within the package, these software (or you may call them drivers) enables an interface between your USB and the mobile.
So you have to search for that particular software that is compatible with your USB.

Yeah, a software CD come with it, via bluetooth, provided your PC have bluetooth function, if not, you need a bluetooth drive.

u need phone tools a cd that should have come with the phone or can be bought separately for about 25 bucks
