Without knowing the full rosters for each team, it's hard to say. The most important aspect to any trade are individual team needs. Without knowing what those team needs were before the trade, it's hard to give a difinitive response to your question.
But based solely on the information given, I will say this:
Team A gets the top nod in the deal. Giving up a RB that will probably not even start the whole season (see below) for a solid TE (Crumpler is consistently one of the beat) and a good WR is a good deal.
Team C comes in close second. Chris Cooley is no Gates but he can be good depending on how well Brunell plays this year. Thomas Jones is a work horse - I honeslty do not see him losing his job to Benson, especially now that Benson is hurt. Donte Stallworth will likely be a solid 2 or 3 fantasy WR if he stays healthy.
Team B got hosed. Giving up all them players to get two runningbacks that in my opinion have very little fantasy value is never good. Foster will likely share a lot of carries with rookie DeAngelo Williams, and Eric Shelton on the goal line while Rhodes will probably split time with Joseph Addai. Think about it, there is a reason why the fron office for both teams decided to draft RBs. Dreaded words by fantasy owners everywhere RBBC (running back by committee). In other words, not good. Oh and Khlorite, I would put my house against either of these guys seeing 20 carries a game.

hello curtis mills.
I am in that same league, and there was one more trade the asker forgot to put in. Here's how it went down:
Team A - DeShaun Foster
Team B - Walker, Cooley, Jones, Stallworth, TO
Team C - Rhodes, Crumpler
Team D - Carnell "Cadillac" Williams
Team A gets: Crumpler, Walker
Team B (me) gets: Foster, Rhodes, Cadillac Williams
Team C gets: Cooley, Jones, Stallworth
Team D gets: TO
Unfortunately, I wasn't able to get George Foreman from Team A. I think he will do the best since he has the best grills

B. And a Easy "B". Foster and Rhodes are the starting running backs on the two highest scoring teams in the NFL right now. End of story. It's all about potential touches and points. Foster and Rhodes (although they have people on their butts) will carry the ball 20+ times a game and will receive at least 6 passes a game. And with those offenses TD's will follow. What... you don't remember Stephen Davis (Panthers) and Edgerrin James (Colts) RB's last year? Both double digit TD's, not including yardage.
A. Crumpler top 5 TE ok... Walker... good... but still a #2 WR, but these two don't get my heart pumping. Good to have but expendable.
C. Cooley... fair to good, but even in his top game... 8 catches maybe? Redskins "RUN" the ball. That is their game. TJones... "I could have been a contendah..." But not in his current situation, Benson is the man in Chicago this year, period. Stallworth... another coulda, woulda, shoulda player. People have been waiting 5 years for him to break out. Somebody else can have him on their roster to see if it happens.

Team C gets much better value with this trade. Cooley is a bit unknownj, but he won't be after this season. Will challenge Gates and Heap for top TE. T.J. is a very solid stater in the most valuable position in the game, even if he is competeing with Cedric Benson. TJ is the starter. And Stallworth will be pushing Horn for the #1 spot on an explosive offense.
If I had to rate the othe two I would say A and then C, just becasuse those two RB's are going on average in the 9.1 rnd and the 11.8th round, respectively.
