I have heard a word used to describe both Jesus, Mary, and Joseph. I think it may be an art and religious term. Also I think there is a church in Europe which uses the word in its name.

I've never heard of a word to describe the "3" as "1"; that's probably because there isn't one; Joseph was considered an ordinary man who really had no special aspects except that he took Mary "on" after she was with child (Jesus).

I believe Jesus, Mary and Joseph are referred to as the Holy Family. You will find the term used in other languages; for instance, Antoni Gaudi's magnificent uncompleted church in Barcelona, Spain, is called the Temple Expiatori de la Sagrada Familia.
By the way, 'pieta' is not a collective term for Jesus and Mary. It refers to an artistic representation, such as a statue, featuring Mary mourning the dead Christ (usually on her lap) after he was taken down from the cross.
