I would suggest that you do a soft reset on the unit, by holding the power button and click the reset button on the Treo. Follow the on screen instructions. WARNING: DO NOT do a Hard Reset. A Hard Reset will erase all the data on your Treo.

If, after the reset, the problem persists, I would contact your carrier or Palm directly.
