Landlords have limited rights, they can legally enter your house if they notify you. Setting up some kind of camera sounds like the best idea, and if they are stealing certain items, make sure the camera is in that area. Your underware drawer is not some place a manager has rights to. The can't search your personal property.

Set up a secret camera and then go straight to the police. also buy some new bras and stuff, but make sure they are unique. That when when the police do a search of his house they will find the unique bras...you could put your initials in them too.

If you have a web cam set it up to record then turn your monitor off. Or go buy a small camera that you can hide and record him...either way , you will have evidence and NO landlord is allowed in your residence without your permission ( unless its police related, and even then there are restrictions). When you have the evidence go directly to the police....

Get a Video camera set up. You can hide it and aim it towards your dresser, if you get proof contact the police and also you can go to the local court house on the web and seek free lega advice and find out your rights. Good luck!

Take a pair of your underwear and leave them on the floor . Get one of those giant moose traps to put under the underwear. If he comes in your bedroom and picks them up SNAP!! It will break his damn fingers. My x did this to her x landlord and broke his fingers, He could never look her in the face again and never bothered her again either!!!

Set him up, have someone you trust (preferably a male) stay in your apartment (sneak them up) and then you take off for awhile. When you catch him call the police.

Get a cheap motion-activated video camera and record him (or whoever) entering your apartment. Take it to the police.

you have to prove it, leave some time and hid then when he goes in get pictures or a witness. my father had a similar situation and i caught her, she was with a couple that she was showing the apartment to. she was selling his stuff. and he still lived their everyday. the couple walked out and my husband ran after them to get their info, they gave it happily. my dad dropped the case because she was crazy and they made her sign all of her building over.
