Is it a person or situation? What are going to do about it? Mine is I think a girl I work with has been stealing money from the safe. I'm going to write her anonymous letter warning her to stop or I will take action.

Wow thats a good one you tell that girl off. The one thing that really keeps bugging me is when I'm going to get to see my family back home in Hawai'i. The only thing I can do about it is continue to call and see how everyone is back home and start saving money to fly home.

Don't do that - just tell your supervisor about your suspicions and let him/her do the dirty work.
My problem is coming in here to Yahoo Answers - I really thought this was a great place - but I see some of the idiot questions and the nasty people...Now I am just noticing the stupid, nasty, foul questions more and more..........I am bummed..........
