UUUUMMMMM Because your 13 and having a party in a hotel. Thats not a good thing. You deserve more respect than that! Thats isnt doing anything but showing that you dont respect your own home and your irresponsible. If your asking this question then you have some doubt. I have no clue. anyways, to answer your other question, you should have the party in a room. you can rent(or sometimes they're free) a conference room and have pizza and chips and cake and ice cream. then when the party is over, your guests and you could go swimming or something then everyone would go home except the people you invited to stay the night.
