Ever thing from the begining Not using System Restore?

Some manufacturers provide a disk in order to do this, check what you got witht he PC.

NOTE - You will probably lose all the stuff you have saved on your PC using this method,it may be better for you to just reinstall Windows and all other software you use

If you wish to get all in your system as it was before then you you can use the Recovery CD in order to restore the system to a specific date or state.

The second way is to take a Back Up of all the necessary files, documents and softwares and format the hard disk completely and install the operating system using a bootable cd and the drivers and softwares with the sources available...

Format and Reinstall, or use the Restore CD that came with the pc. Good Luck

Back up anything you need. Pop in your windows disc and restart your computer. It should say something like hit any key to boot from CD or something.
