I haven't run across any prgrams but there is a process you can do.
After each time you go on the internet clear your history, clear your cookies and clear your temporary files. Then once you notice sites and temporary files you'll know exactly what your child went on.
To delete your history, go to "Tools", then "Internet Options", and then "Clear History". The delete cookies and delete temporary internet files should be right above the history tab.
Then, once your child has gone on the internet you can click on the tab to the right of your favorites column (either a standard clock or a Roman sun clock). This will bring down the history on your computer, or all of the sites visited. From there you can access every page that your child visited that does not require a password.

Well, I'd trust your child if I were you because if you have to ask this question, she probably knows way more about computers than you do. If she is doing something you don't want her to do, I garuntee she probably already knows about history, cookies, temp files, etc. (depending on her age).
I'm just curious, why do you need a keylogger? What do you think she could be doing that is so bad?

If you can get a look at the computer all you need to do is look in adress bar, histories, and temp internet files (this is simple but wont work if your kid does iven a small amount of backstepping) also this will show all direct entered sites searched sites and pictures. Otherwise get a keyloger, i think they are a huge breach of trust so dont let your kid find it.
Hope it helps...

There's lots of commercial software, but there are some free programs out there, also. Back Orifice 2000 is a pretty good program with lots of features, but an absolute beginer probably couldn't use it. Also, since it can be used as a trojan horse as well, many anti-virus programs will pick it up, but it is possible to use compresstion programs so anti-virus won't notice it.

You should trust your child. If you can't, then what is she doing on the internet. There are many ways to get passed a keylogger. And she won't be happy when she finds it.
