"Good Eats" is definitely the best show on Food Network!! Not only does Alton Brown show you how to cook a great variety of foods, he also gives detailed information about the food he cooks, he explains why certain methods work better than others, and he shares tidbits of history on each show. It's fun to watch him and I always feel like I've learned something by the end of each episode. He is just so awesome!! His other show, "Feasting on Asphalt" was interesting to watch, too. Too bad there were only 4 episodes of that.

I like food network - particularly Everyday Italian and Rachel Rey. Easy to follow, you can find the recipes on line and the recipes haven't let me down yet! Good Luck!
