Interesting question. Although I am very tempted to answer "things", to say such an answer would be to take away the basic right to peoplehood that they do have and to be just as intolerant as they are.
So, they are grudingly people...people with fears, per the definition. Everyone should work through their fears, though.
For the homophobe that refuses to grant them the same rights that we have, though, according to the ancient code of hammarabi, they are things.
Clear as mud?

There is no such thing as a "homophobe," unless it would be someone who fears homosexuals. Since 15 out of the last 16 states stood against The Homosexual Agenda and it's mob (and JUST SAID NO to in-their-face so-called "rights"), there is no evidence of such fear.
Thanks for asking.

Homophobes, technically speaking, are people with a fear and hatred of homosexuals.

They are people who would deny rights to homosexuals or who do not accept them for who they are. People who fear....YES fear that they are somehow going to corrupt society. These people need to practice some tolerance. Yes, I believe that's what Jesus would do!!

They're people of course, it just seems weird to them of course. We all can't be afraid of change! Interracial dating for an example, it's change but some people don't understand and they're afraid of change. (think about it)

Any person who can't appreciate a person for their sexual preference is inhumane and is a thing.
