I think that 'cyber jealous' means that the person in question is jealous of another person's online interest. It could mean that a woman is jealous of her husband's obsession with porn, or IM conversations with women... or it could also mean someone could be jealous of someone else's online hobby or passion... like a guy's cyber-obsession with fantasy football or something.

Cyber jealousy is when you are on the internet, say looking at the new 'mario's' 360 page and you realize all these others are flirting when you thought you were married to mario and now your all mad and jealous and kinda pissed off and then you shut off your computer and realize 'what the hell, it was just net'

"Cyber" is an adjective for "related to the internet." So "cyber jealous" is probably jealous of another's ability to use net-related resources and activites, like IM and music downloads.
