got a cbr1000rr installed front led turn sigals now my lights on dash stay on?

Maybe you connected the wires wrong. Somehow power is going to the Blu & Or wires all the time. Disconnect those. Do the gauge lights go out? The led lights might not be aplicable for your bike. To check, plug your old lights in. Back to normal?
G - ground
Blu - R signal
Or - L signal
Blu / w -R running light
Or / w - L running light

Sounds to me theres a wire crossed somewhere....double check all the wiring.....
