In the past year we've called 911. We live behind a strip mall. We've had to call 3 times because 3 different dumpsters down the street were either set on fire or just caught fire. (Although suspicious I never heard of anyone investigating either) Another time we had to call because one day a drunk bumb showed up behind one of the stores. He invited a friend or two, and his friends invited a friend or two and before we knew it there was a congragation of drunk bumbs. I have 2 kids and was kinda paranoid considering they're usually homeless for a pretty good reason. The last time we had to call was because a guy was stalking someone and sat across the street for a month, showing up every night at nightfall and leaving early in the morning when the sun came up. The only other time I had to call was about 10 years ago on the 4th of July and some one threw a lit firecracker in a car window and set it on a raging fire.

Just today,a man was cutting down a tree and he fell,he was trapped under a big branch,so a neighbor and I ran over and lifted it off him.Then I called 911.Now my back hurts again from my car accident,some *** hole plowed his car into mine,I called 911 that day too.

I had to call in June, my husband was having chest pains so I called 911 for an ambulance.

a man hit a bear on a back road and the bear was twitching and there was damage to his car. I couldn't remember the number for police so I dialed 911

About 3 months ago. Had a drug reaction (antibiotic) and blood pressure bottom out and went unconscious. 911 had to call ambulance

july 4, 2006. we were the first to come up on some dude who got hit on his bicycle. he was hit by a drunk driver, who fled the scene, and he had to be air lifted to a hospital.
