All the previous answers are good. I'd just like to tack on a recommendation to you. There's a free program called "Belarc Advisor" that you can download at the below web page. Once it's installed, turn on all your periphreal devices and then let Belarc Advisor do a scan of your whole system. It'll easily tell you what you've got on your pc. It's a great program.

I think dell may provide you with that info when you enter your service tag under the support section.
If you got a manual with the PC it is sometines in there as well usually under memory
