Is it wiser to spend your last forty dollars on the utility bill or buy a new movie.

If you don't pay the utility bill, you won't be watching the movie, so...Do the math.

I used to have trouble with HIS spending habits...So, I cut up his cards, hid the savings and check books and put him on an allowance. He HATED it at first, but learned to love it when we were able to take a trip to Hawaii after 1 year of control.

I would say,pay your utility bill.Paying your light bill enables you to watch TV.
