When I read a article about the news or play a game ,I have to leave the internet and come in again for the next item I want.

Right click bar to the right of help and click Navigation Bar or Standard Buttons

You can go back a page by hitting the backspace key also.
I prefer that to the back icon, but I am using a laptop with a touchpad rather then mouse (ugh!!) so I prefer keystrokes to mouse clicks.

its hidden..just go to view, toolbars, and then check to see if standard buttons is on, if not then check it and u should be fine..

hit backspace because you've hidden your buttons somehow.
