Make sure that you have the proper documents to travel and study there (passport and such). You need to apply to the schools in advance. I suggest that decide which school you want to study at immediately and apply immediately! The application process for foreign students usually requires more paperwork and such. You will need to be coming from a country which has English as the official language or you will need to prove that you are skilled in English. This usually requires an exam, and you need to take that immediately. Sometimes there are additional standardized exams you will need to also apply at this institution.

(I am assuming that the abbreviations are above are regarding studying at the university because I would assume that the CS means computer science. I am sorry if I have misinterpreted your abbreviations though.)
