yes there is a way in MS dos but i forgot how to do that i should ask my sir about he taught us how to delet the previous pictures and doc seen or deleted. they can be recovered for about 2yrs i think its more than that.

most likely no can do.
depending on your email service, all webmail, gmail, yahoo, hotmail, would have deleted that a long time ago. even ISP-based email would have done so.
unless you have your own email server and you did set it to archive deleted emails.

No real way to recover them unless you have a backup system or program they are unretrieveable at this point in the game.

they might still be in your "trash" folder depending how often it automatically empties, and how often you empty it yourself (if you do at all)...but otherwise theyre gone forever
