I think you should have a talk with Human Relations about this. You should notify his superior. plants porn is a matter of utmost seriousness and it should be dealt with accordingly. Were they pictures of him with the plants, and did it appear consentual? Regardless, it's sexual harassment and you don't have to take it.

I can completely relate. I had a situation just like this once, where I had to unwrap my boss's Hustlers before taking the mail into his office.
The only thing I can maybe suggest is this: Get a new job all lined up, official offer and everything. Right before you give notice, see if you can't filch a copy of one of those x-rated mags. (You might intercept it in the mailroom or something.) Make sure his name's on the address label, or at least that the firm's is. Starting now, DOCUMENT EVERYTHING HE DOES. Keep a notebook with you at all times, and when he's not looking, make an entry: "8/23, 5 PM, licked lips suggestively at me". Keep it up. If there's anything you can get on paper, then get a copy of it. (It may be best to get a literal copy - take the mag to the copier and copy the part with the address label. This way you can put it back in his desk without him noticing.) Keep this all secret. Try to do it before you give notice, or at least get a good chunk of it done before you give notice. If there are other women at your workplace that you've discussed this behavior with before, and you know that they've gotten this treatment too, talk to them about it - BUT ONLY AFTER YOU'VE STARTED YOUR NEW JOB. If you can get them to do the same thing and keep the same records, you can go as a group to a lawyer and get them to represent you that way. You can probably even get Legal Aid to help you out so that you don't have to spring for a retainer, or even find someone who will work on contingency.

Well you have a few options here. You can go to the boss and complain he is sexually harassing you. Will they believe you? maybe? Then if they say something to him be prepared to be harassed and eventually fired for some stupid reason.
Go and put a bible in his desk.
My advise is to find another job and in your letter of resignation list in graphic detail all the incidents that went on with the dates and times.
If you don't quit start keeping a log of the incident, date and time it occurred. Maybe something you can use later.

Buy him a disposable camera and tell him to take a picture it lasts longer. Or you could always document this blatant sexual harassment and find you a good lawyer that is familiar with the EEOC's policies on sexual harassment. Sounds like you have a lawsuit in the making. What he is doing is not only immoral, but it is illegal as well.

I think you should try to catch your boss on a cell cam to have proof of the things he do that are sexually harassing just in case things get out of hand with him. Also document these things that he does date, time and place where the harassment occurs. Just try to be careful around him. Also try telling him that his staring makes you uncomfortable.

To win a pervert, be more perverted than him. Have your friends act as lesbians and come to your office. Ask to use his cellphone and use it for an hour. Do something annoying. Create an email and send to the entire work staff a picture of your boss's head with the body of some porn star's body.

i would imagine if you have the slightest bit of proof, those shysters will be happy to pay you off without going to court, ask for a couple years salary in advance, and then tell them you are taking a vacation.
