I like this guy. Who might like me.... And I try to act as much like me as I can!! I am athletic and Smart! He sees me and staes then he will look away when i look over at him. He is really athletic and not very smart.. Does he seem interested??

It sounds like you are at the age, where sometimes when you are young and interested in someone that you tend to be shy.
What you need to think of it is like a friend, if your friend is staring at you, you wouldn't just ignore them.
Maybe you should try smiling at him, and walk over and say hello.
Get a conversation going, if the two of you are both athletic then maybe ask if he wants to go running with you sometime, or why not write your number down and ask him to call you sometime and see where that goes.

Hormones are tricky fellas, he's definitely into you.
Go for it, you'll have a memorable couple of months of passion until your brain gets bored with the lack of stimulation..
