What are your regular hours? What time do set your alarm?

i usually wake up between 11 and 2...i dislike alarms...they annoy me. i work at 4 and usually get off work around 11 or midnight, so i go to bed between 2 and 4 am.

I'm up at 5:15-5:30am every day 7 days a week, no need for an alarm, I wake up regardless. I work from 6am - 5pm. I do other stuff inbetween 5pm -10pm then I sleep the rest of the time.

I set my alarm for 6:15 am and snooze until 6:45 and then get up and turn coffee pot on. I leave my house at 7:15 to take my son to school. Then I come home and get ready to open my office at 9 am. 2:15 I leave to get my son and work until 6pm. By 10:30-11 I am going to bed to watch tv and go to sleep.

Up at 5:30, bed around 10 pm (it's almost time now).

I don't use an alarm clock anymore, my body is programmed to get up when it is supposed to. Even if I am really tired, I can sleep just a bit longer.

I set my alarm for 10pm. That is what time I must get up to work the night shift.

I usually wake up sevenish,out of bed eventually,go to a friends place by the crack of ten w/coffee,Eventually go to work
noonish,done by two thirty,visit my grabddaughter on the way home.Go home,play on the computer,listen to music or coat cow horns.Call it a day,take some meds and watch tv,or read.
Flip netween leno/Lettermen,try ro watch Jimmy kimmel,
and crag Ferguson,call it a night,Oh yeah,I eat and use the bathroom various times during the daty.There`s a shower in there too.

I set my alarm for 5am, and my hours are 7am - 4:30pm with every other Friday off! ♥
