Here's some tips using household products to clean leather:
Clean with a damp clothe and saddle soap,
Or use 1/4 cup vinegar and 1/2 cup water. Mix and use a clean clothe to rub and clean away dirt / grime.
Prevent cracking: polish regularly with 1part vinegar and 2 parts linseed oil.

aren't rainbows supposed to get worn down anyway? i have a pair and they look nice after you wear them for a while plus they get much more comfy!
a leather cleaner will suffice tho. make sure you test it on a place where no one can see before you slather it on yout entire flip flop

Use the leather cleaner for shoes (looks like white out) Check the shoe shine section in your local drugstore

They make a leather cleaner and I use the Dr. Martens on my shoes and it worked great. They looked brand new.

buy some sadle soap. it's for cleaning leather. you can always go to a shoe shop like Footlocker, or any shoe store accept payless and ask what is good for cleaning leather shoes and sandals.

BY HAND WITH A SMALL BRUSH HOT WATER AND OXICLEAN..... A REAL QUICK RINSE AND DRY IT WITH A TOWEL
