You should not confuse ETHIC HOMOGENEITY with ETHNIC HOMOGENEITY:

ETHIC HOMOGENEITY : means a group of person where the majority have a uniform/similar set of moral principles of conduct governing, so the majority conform to accepted standards of conduct.
ETHNIC HOMOGENEITY:means that the majority of a population are from one ethnic group. To be considerer a member of a ethnic group the person or group of people should share a common and distinctive nationality, culture, race, religion or language, whether or not they reside in their countries of origin.

EthNic homogeneity means that there is one shared ethnic background. It is the opposite of ethnic diversity.
