ok,heres the deal.my wife who i love and worship,for 20yrs.,has'nt really said much about this but being her man for a long time, i can ,i dunno i guess will say i can read her(a little),i work on the road ,welder,so im gone alot,lately ive noticed that were are kinda gapping in the romance dept.i guess, she has alot of younger gf's,not that were are old me 39 her 36,but she seems to get caught up sometimes with what the younger chics tell her about things,and i think sometimes she feels left out on the whole,i dunno how to say but ill say the whole fresh romance talk thing,anyway if u understand,im getting ready to leave for 3weeks,and i really wanted to maybe, leave her like a letter or notes she can find around the house while im gone, other than the ordinary marriage hoopla,but just cant really think of cool **** to say that a cool chic wants to hear(as u can see),if u could gemmee ideas ill love ya forever,thanks

I think it's awesome that you care enough about your wife to put your concerns out there! Okay...does she have a make-up bag? A purse, jewelry box, a pair of shoes that she wears often, a book that she's reading, the medicine cabinet, her nightstand, underwear drawer, CD player, her car, the fridge, freezer, vacuum cleaner,...mail her a card or letter from where you will be staying...send her flowers...call and leave her messages when you know she's not home...leave a Hershey kiss with your little notes...GO FOR IT and good luck to you!

It is nice to hear from a man who truly seems to appreciate his wife and still finds her to be the love of his life after twenty years. What are some things that she enjoys such as books or cds or tapes that she would enjoy which wouldn't be a typical gift or surprise from you. If you cannot find your own words, look for some cute cards at the store and add something along the lines of I always miss you when I have to be away. Plan a special evening out for the first night that you are back home. (possibly the second night if you are going to be too exhausted on the first night...) If she likes plants and flowers, buy her a small plant in one of her favorite colors and put a note with it saying that although you have to be away, you always know where you belong and where you know your roots and heart are.... Little post it notes with I miss you on them will be a sweet surprise on the coffee maker or the tea kettle or the bathroom mirror. A two minute call at night just before you know she will be going to sleep...even a post card from where you are working...even if it is only 75 miles away will bring a smile to her face and make her realize what a great guy you are and why she fell in love with you in the first place. You should be proud of yourself for valuing your relationship with your wife as much as you do. The world would be a better place if more couples treated each other in this way. Have a good night, a safe three weeks away and a great return home to your wife! She is a luck woman!!

Decorate them with kisses and roses, or get really romantic stationary. Maybe leave a candy kiss with each note. So though you aren't there you can still give her kisses. Send her flowers from the road with a love note.

You are awsome! What a lucky lady to have you. I think you should leave little notes in unexpected places like her coffee cup, in her wallet, in the CD player of her car. Also, you can pick her up a sexy little number and leave it with a note about how much you'll be fantasizing about her in it, and how you can't wait to see her in it when you get back. Stick to notes though, 'cuz if you keep calling to tell her how much you love her she may take it more like you don't trust her, and are checking up on her!!

Hallmark has the words for everything!Mail her cards every other day from your 3 week destination.Get the stamps and cards now so all you'll have to do is throw them in the mail.
Good luck.That is so sweet of you to want to romance your sweetie still after 20 yrs.Hope I'm as lucky....Also, a gift cert. to the local "lovers package" for sexy lingerie for when you get back is not a bad idea either....

Tell her the things you think are special to her...compliment her, tell her how much you desire her...how you miss her.
Write her a fantasy letter tell her in detail what you want to do to her....then when you come home act it out for her.
Try something new..some lotion/massage oil, blind fold, lingerie...
I wish my hubby would do some of that stuff.
I used to write on the mirror with soap that I loved him. That way when he got up he would see it. I used to buy and wear lingerie..but hubby would rather me run around naked.

What to say to her in these notes? How bout just telling her what's in your heart? Tell her you love her. Tel her you miss her. Tell something you love about her. Or a specific thing you miss about her. Things like that. It doesn't take fancy words. Just words from your heart will melt her right into her shoes.

well tell her that she is the one and only.send her a rose when you are on the raod.say that you miss her and you think of her offten.if you are a welder take two pieces and make her two hearts weld them together.Iam an blacksmith and my wife loved it whem I made thing for her.the last thing I made her was a horseshoe for her grave.I place four little shoes on it for each of the children she had,it holds the roses that she gets each mother`s day.

i think that u should just tell her how much you love her and that she means the world to u and i dont know maybe even sing her a love song and just do a lil something funn in bed before you leave and when you get back maybe take her to a nice resturaunt or maybe do something u guys use to do

leaving little notes is such a sweet idea, especially when the notes give her a little giggle and go with the place where she finds them...
put a picture of you on the milk carton in the fridge, above it write "MISSING YOU"
put your phone number on a scrap of paper in her clean jeans
"couldnt help but notice how you're hot...call me xxx-xxx-xxx" (write your cell# and your name like a fella chasin her tail) keep it hot when she calls...ask her what shes wearing, ask her if shes alone and have her "do nawty things"
call her with a message to look in a special hiding place where she will find some frisky lingere that you would like her to wear when you get back (if you wanna be exxtra fun, tell her to meet you somewhere semi public and find you with it underneath her clothes) exciting to meet someone you know as if you dont know them.
its not exactly poetic, but it always gets me "My God, you are F*** ing beautiful" cute post-it on a mirror (especially one in her purse)
