hi my friend has been looking for underwear designed to give youi fuller looking butt.. i am not sure if they are the ones with padding on them? does anyone know where to get them from ?( brand name or web sites any information will be helpful thank you

This is cheaper: Get on your hands and knees and do leg lifts. Do them twice a day and you'll have a TONED little booty that doesn't need to be padded! Flaunt what you've got- don't pad it!
