It's the part with "I keep a blue flag hangin out my backside, but only on the left-side, yeah that's the Crip side... If I search for lyrics, it just comes up "Drop it Like it's Hot," because that song is so much more popular.

"Your own knowledge" looked up the lyrics and wrote down the first thing you saw, not knowing other song's lyrics were on the same page. Wow... bet you feel cool now.

this one's a toughie... the only slightest reference to a something(not even a song) would be the "2... yuppity 1 yup 3".. referencing the old 213 postcode of LA, as well as the name of his 3 set band, 213 (snoop, nate dogg, warren g) which released an album in 2004.. and you *might* have heard snoop reference 213 in their songs... (think of their single "groupie luv")...
otherwise out of all the songs ive heard in snoop's career or anybody else's.. nothing really comes to mind.
edit: thought id like to mention lil' wayne made a song called "drop it like its hot" back in 1999 but the lyrics dont match snoops.
