I'm looking for estimates of odds based on facts as well as your personal lifestyle. It used to be If you lived in America didn't stand out and fallowed all the laws neither entity would harm you, now both entities seem to be becoming more dangerous. Fear is being used comanly to manipulate us. Where are the facts?

Use sources? I have heard experts talk but I can't remember their names. I can assure you that terrorist attacks in the USA are very rare. So more likely would be the government.

The Government

Number of terrorists who imprisioned Americans (exclusing the few people who leave the US to work in war zones like Iraq) = 0

Number of Americans who are imprisioned in America = 2,166,260

An interesting twist on your paper would be to look at the increasing likelihood Americans will be arrested because of intrusive "anti-terrorism" laws such as Homeland Security. In a way indirectly terroism is causing us to panic and imprision our own.

Terrorists,..... America's jails are not filled with people who have conspired against the government of the USA......some are imprisoned unjustly ,granted..but the chances for Americans to be killed here or abroad are a lot greater living in the world that we live in at this time......

Our government is not fighting an army that it can see....no uniforms.....we are fighting cowards that hide behind women and children, people who get lost in the crowds ... nothing distinguishes them as our enemy.....
.Our world has changed dramatically..........The enemy is among us at this time waiting for the signal..America is a powerful country but you cant fight ghosts......these enemies of the free world are cowards........

America needs to turn to God as we never have before..to ask for peace in the world and no matter who is in the White House ,we should pray for the guidence that our government needs to get us through the rough times......

Some of the young men and women who read this will be in full contact with our enemies.....The draft will .WILL .be reinstated and soon...

.America can no longer be the police man of the world.....

Check out the United Nations..the intention there is noble but the strength and armed forces that the UN can provide anywhere , is pittiful.compared to the strength and resolve of the United States military..... Collectively we are in a world of hurt ....we fight people who have no value for life and endanger the innocents of their own country's to promote their suicidal cause............

Just from observation the government doesn't go around blowing up buildings full of innocent people. Or strap bombs to their agents and send them on a buss. They do sometimes kill felons in the act of committing crimes. Of coarse there was that Branch Dravidian thing, but that happened a long time ago.

Neither.
My government is protecting me. Not entirely, no.

But from outside terrorist organizations and countries.

They are doing a damn good job.

Thank You to all of our young men and women that are on the mission of protecting The United States of America !!!!!!

The idiot drunk driver. Is that the gov't or a terrorist?
The gov't won't kill me, unless I am stupid and break the law.
A terrorist might, whatever I do.
As far as imprisonment.... same answer!
But I trust the gov't more than terrorists.
