I mean, at the current age of 2 weeks, how big should she be?

I have a female box turtle, she's 14 years old so she's full grown. She is about the size of a small cereal bowl.

A baby box turtle should be about the size of a quarter, maybe 1 to 1 1/2" long.

They should still have some of the yolk sac scar as well.

Well im not sure. But, it depends on how big of an area your turtle is living in. It will grow more in a big tank, but at a week old, not big at all.
