when your ankle is the same width of your calf(almost)......you have fat around your ankles.....i am average weight and have cankles.....they are heredity and my mom has them....it sux!!!

Cankles: used to describe the size of someone's ankles. It is a combination of calf and ankle.

So, if someone says you have cankles, what they are really saying is that your ankles are so big that it looks like your calves run all the way down to your feet - thus eliminating your ankles. (instead of your leg getting more narrow as you reach your feet, it stays the same width as your calves - all the way down to your feet.)

Well, the answer is above...but I just wanted to share. I have seen some so bad they looked like folded over socks....I was guessing somewhere in the 600 range.

cankles is when your leg and your ankles run together! in my opinion they are gross!

beleive me its very noticible
if you look down and see big ankles you have them
but thats disgusting
