Ok, actually Garlic is a very mild blood thinner so people who are on blood thinners or have a blood clotting disorder should use caution. It is wonderful as an antibiotic and to lower cholesterol, and they are studying many other uses as well. I am at windstarhealing.com if you have any questions

Yes, because in the capsule container, I have read in its warning says 'stop taking the dosage 15 days before undergoing operation'.
