Sure, stretching exercises (do them slowly) to get the blood flowing better thru your muscles, speeds up the healing faster.

I fell down from an attic, onto the ladder, then the floor. I stretched all my muscles several times a day. Of course, with limitations, I did not stretch past the pain. Just slowly and easily. Then I rubbed the sore areas afterwards. The pain completely went away in about 4 weeks, including the brusing.

And yes, it hurt like hell!

Aromatherapy can do more than just make stuff smell good. The molecules of the essential oils penetrate quickly through the skin into the blood stream to balance and promote healing. There are also several essential oils that are analgesic

I'm sensing that birch and peppermint essential oils would work well for you to alleviate the pain as well as promote healing. Please go to you local health food store to purchase these. Birch may be difficult to find, but the peppermint is easy and also cheap.

I am currently treating a woman who has severe back pain from herniated disks. I am using Valerian, Chammomile essential oil on her back, and St. John's Wort but she is also not taking anything else. I am also doing Reiki on her. However, it is working well for her. She is much more comfortable already. The exercises are also a must, and as soon as my client can do them she will be. I am at windstarhealing.com if you have any questions. Best of luck!

If you got injured at work then your state industrial insurance should be paying for your health care, it's Labor & Industries in most states.

Go get checked by a different doc, x-rays or whatnot to make sure you're all okay! If so, then I highly recommend any of the following (they've all helped me):

- acupuncture
- chiropractic
- naturopathic
- bodywork (massage, Hellerwork, Rolfing, etc)

i think that you should just sleep whenever you can, laugh as much as possible, and give millions of pplz hugs. those are the three best natural ways of healing. i know it sounds all cheesy and stuff, but i am serious! did u know that when you laugh, it actually carries blood and oxygen faster through your body, which also would carry healing tissues and stuffs u need to heal up. hugs are a natural relaxation and trust. and your body grows and heals most when you sleep. so yeah.

See your Chiropractor. Treating symptoms with drugs does not treat the CAUSE of those symptoms. Your Doctor of Chiropractic is trained in finding and treating the cause of pain.

Best wishes and good luck.

ask for a muscle relaxer to go with it, take warm baths, stretch everyday, use heating pads, maybe try some healing herbs

the best thing you could do is go to the hospital & ask them to x-ray you to find out if everything is ok, if you dont want to do that then return to your G,P, & ask him for some stronger painkillers, i have left you a site to look at your medication i hope it helps you, good luck,
