We broke up a while back, I noticed she has been avoiding me lately. Why do I feel so weird about this? Is she a bad friend?

personally i would never date my friends ex. that just doesnt seem right.im sure hes your ex for a reason and one day he will be her ex,,,then she will come running back to you apologizing for being such a dumb *** of a friend. let her find out the hard way.

When you say she's avoiding you, do you mean she walks to her new boyfriend before you? If it is, it's only natural that she wants to spend time with the boy she loves. It doesn't mean she dislikes you. Try talking to her and tell her how you feel about the situation. If she's a true bud, she understand where you're coming from. If you mean she thinks she's to good for you because she's got your ex and is literaly avoiding you, she probably is bad. Try talking to your ex about it too. You'll at least feel better if you talk to someone about it. I'll wish you the best.

I just honestly think that friends should stay away from ex's, it just makes things too awkward. If you are okay with it tell her and then maybe she will feel less awkward towards you. Good Luck.

No offense ...but what's "awhile back"...if it has been over a year, i guess it's OK...but i don't think you guys would ever be friends again, just acquaintances...But i do not know..I always thought it was hands off some friends ex-boyfriend!!!

No, she is not a bad friend. If you guys broke up, then he is free to date whomever he chooses. Just because she is your friend, does not give you the right to choose who she goes out with.

u don't always have to have a reason to feel awkward...u just...do....but just because she obviously likes ur ex, that's no reason to end a friendship, just talk to her about, u might feel better
