to someone that tells you something someone said...that was a vicious lie about you??? You have confronted her in a nice way...to fine out if it was true...She says...that's NOT true...I have never said this about you!!! Who do you believe???( and what is their motive to tell you anyway???)

Just to be irritating, so get the two parties together and confront them both about who is saying what. Develop your own opinion about who is telling the truth.

Motives? They just don't like you. They could be jealous ... or you did something to piss them off and it's payback time ... Life is short don't dwell on it.
Some people really like reporting others on Yahoo Answers ...
Maybe it makes them feel at least their better than somebody ... who knows.

First of all DON'T CARE! If things won't matter 10 years from now, guess what, they don't really matter now either. Grow a thick skin, act like you don't care, and eventually your heat and brain will follow and you won't care. Waste of your time and energy.
