she is 17 he is 24. He is her cousins husband. she likes him alot and never told him what can she do to stop her feeling and why does she have them?

Why? is perhaps only answerable by your friend but sometimes when we see a person we only see their "perfection", their desirability and forget or fail to notice those things we should be concerned about.
If necessary, she may need to excuse herself from being around the cousin's husband at all, I mean at all. Especially she should never be alone with him in case he were to return her interest.
This is not just about your friend or your friend and her desire, it is about a whole family which could be torn apart just by the revelation of such a secret.
Help her to meet guys and to engage in activities that will take her mind off of her attraction to her cousin's husband.

Its a simple crush, everyone experiences them at some point in their life..
Hopefully, she turns her Crush elsehwere, before it ecomes a serious and possibly dangerous obsession.
She needs to get her mind off of her cousins HUSBAND, and find a guy of her own to have those feelings for...
Lust can be a bad thing in the wrong situation...

it is not that easy to stop having feelings. i guess if she likes another guy her feelings will stop. it happens to me often,not with married men though....
