cut down on sodium and drink 8 cups or more of water a day. this lfushes out excess fats and salt prevents that. no soda, no chipw, no chocolate or sweets. hey in two weeks u could lose 5 or more pounds easy! i suggest making an exercise regimen. it raises ur metabolism for 24 hrs every time u exercise and burns more carbs. good luck

10 pounds is too much in 2 weeks. 5 is ok but realistically, only 1-3 pounds per week is a reachable goal.
Losing weight fast is not a way to get permanent weight loss. Better to concentrate on eating healthy for your health, not your weight. Eat to nourish and celebrate your body. Do that by drinking water, eating raw fruits and vegetables and eating lean meats, beans, or nuts.
You can have those other things, just not daily. Make choices in what you eat. Eat to nourish your Self.

Avoid fried foods, and limit your sweet foods. Only eat if you're hungry. DO NOT STARVE YOURSELF. It sounds like a load of crap, but it has been proven that drinking 8 glasses of water a day can help you lose weight, and faster. Also, exercize more. If you do, you have to stop measuring by weight, because muscle weighs more than fat. Ride your bike to nearby places that you usually drive to. Don't do Diet Soda, it'll make you GAIN weight (It said that on the news, trust me). Good luck!

cut out all salt and drink apple cider viegar, you'll lose weight fast that way in the short two weeks u want. But over long term, diet and exercise my child, diet and exercise.
