I believe in the possibility.
It is claimed that yogis who reach a certain level of aptitude gain this ability while meditating.

I think we would all like to think that it is possible. That the human mind is capable of lifting objects or ones self. But then it would be pretty scary because bank robbers would just levitate away from the scene of the crime and cops wouldn't be able to chase them down resulting in no footage for "Cops" the TV series. That would be sad. But it would still be cool to fly.
That said, I watched a show with monks or something that were doing some pretty wack kung-fu and taekwondo, well they looked like they could fly! After you see these guys WALK up a wall you become a believer!

People who used to study transcental meditation once claimed to me they could levitate. They said, though, that it was an almost imperceptable thing where they would "levitate" a fraction of an inch off the floor. I'm thinking, "I bet it WAS imperceptable!!"
Personally, I think its wishful thinking and make-believe.

Real levitatoin, or suspending yourself in air without, restraint. I believe the latter could be possible for a brief period of time.

I used to when I was a kid but not anymore. Read about physics. Some day we will harness/harvest the graviton particle. THEN we'll be getting some where.
