I did wrist curls. Sit with your arms on your legs, hands and wrists hanging over your knees. With a weight in each hand, curl up just your hands toward your wrists. You can do this palm up or down. I recommend both.

Sorry. I checked online, but different sites on working out said there's nothing in the wrist to bulk up. I guess if your arms are in good shape, people won't particularly notice your slim wrists.

Bad idea u..masturbate.....well i think u should work out everyday...if u are young and u should do some push-up and
pull-up it makes u strong but if you are not young u should go to Gym and WOrk out.....And eat protein or drink milk......Thanks GOod Luck!1111
