Does sweating a lot make your face break out?

It can, my sister and I always played sports, and my sisters face was always breaking out but mine never did.....she played several sports though and I only played one or too, I guess it all depends on how much you actually sweat. Make sure you wash your face really well, I use those Clearasil Oil Controlling Pads and they work really well, get rid of that oil!!!!
