This year, the reality show is splitting into tribes in a very DIFFERENT way. By Race. There is an asian-American, an African-American, a Caucasian, and a Hispanic team. I want your opinions on this. Do you think this is a bit extreme, a new gittup gone too far? How do you think people will react? And most of all, will you watch it? So come on, who thinks Survivor is racist?

I don't think it's racist, I think it's an experiment to see how each of these groups will react to their situations and each other.
Don't take everything so personally.

If Survivor had split the teams by race during the FIRST season, I would have questioned it. But, Survivor has been around for a long time. I think it will be an interesting experiment that I do not believe has racism as its base.
Survivor knows how to draw an audience, and dividing the teams by race is certainly one way to do that.

Its not rascist! Just different races going against each other. I always watched it and will watch it when it comes back on. People need to get over this. It'll be fun to watch and it doesnt mean that the producers are rascist either, they just want the ratings. Get over it people.

It's just a guess, but I think that Carlos Mencia will love this idea. He hates all of the "politically correct" garbage. I love his show!
