You are supposed to remember why she became your "EX" & not let her insecurities & game playing become a part of your life. If she has issues, then they belong to her & she needs to learn how to live with them & leave you OUT of it. You may want to explore getting a restraining order & keep everything she sends to you as evidence of her infatuation/stalking because you may need them if she goes over the edge mentally. IT IS A SERIOUS PLOY & a WARNING if you can see past your guilt. Talk to the Police, please, before someone gets arrested. You are on your way to he*l if you don't take immediate action to protect yourself.

I'd be a little suspicious myself... Question your ex about it before you write it off as either being serious or a ploy.

Let see here...when most ex's get so desperate to write you back or want you back if because they need sympathy. Such as the other person they started seeing didnt spoil them or didnt spend as much attention to them....obviously you broke up for a certain reason and the problem that it was you just cant change...just think about your relationship with this person and were you truly happy with her

it must have taken alot of guts for her to write that letter and give it to you.. i would say show some heart even if you can not return the favour. she might be going thru a rough patch, besides they say you never miss the water till the well is dry. she cud just be realizing that she once had a good thing.. handle the situation very delicately.

depends if you will ever only want her back. if shes a good person, she prob only left because she needed to find a reasonable way to make sure she was gonna only have you in her life...after all the stupid mistakes of her past jsut completely causing her to be plagued remorse. knowing she needed to do something, and fast. as if you needed any burdens from her past mistakes!!!~ you dont deserve that! she wanted to perfect things. she prob just wanted to turn things around for the better now. to see a better "you," a better and more worth while "her" a better "we".

Depends on relationship with ur ex? Did u initiate the break up or did she? Have u guys maintained an amicable relationship post breakup. Importantly, do u want her back?

Need more details. If she is a trustworthy person.... sure believe her. If not, I would be very cautious with her so you don't end up getting hurt.
