It depends...
If you like Viva La Bam and already have pictures of your favorite band then I would pick Viva La Bam.
If you don't have pics of your favorite band then I would pick the shirt.

It's worth more and I'm not really into wearing band t-shirts... it's kind of a shameless promo to me and a way that a lot of people (obviously not all) say "look how cool I am I (pretend to) listen to this band!!"
I hate that :-S
